Carmen Cortez was a housecleaner with Maid in California before becoming the Office Manager. Deborah thought it was the perfect fit for the company since Carmen had many years of housecleaning experience, detailed knowledge of the business and the personality for quality customer service. She has been with Maid in California since 2000.
